1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pk71 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the pk71 website located at https://pk71.club, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

pk71 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of pk71 after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use pk71, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any single criterion may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a minor).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close associate of pk71 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must register with accurate personal information and maintain updated records at all times.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on pk71. Operating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any pending funds being forfeited.

To comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, pk71 may request identity verification documents at any stage. These documents include but are not limited to the following:

• Government-issued National ID card (NID) or valid passport.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, dated within 90 days).
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method registered to the account (bKash/Nagad/Rocket wallet number).
• Any additional documentation that pk71's compliance team reasonably requires to confirm your identity and payment source.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

pk71 accepts deposits made via the following payment channels. All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are reflected in your account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment gateway.

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are the primary supported channels for instant deposits.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards are accepted subject to the issuing bank's international transaction policy.
• Bank transfers: Supported for selected tier accounts via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• pk71 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or funds originating from cryptocurrency wallets unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate payment supplement.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. pk71 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit thresholds and will notify users in advance of any changes through the platform.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, provided that all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied, no active wagering requirement is attached to the funds, and the requested amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Standard timelines are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically within 1–4 hours for verified accounts during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Visa/Mastercard: 3–7 business days depending on issuing bank processing.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pk71 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms sheet, but the following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any portion can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issuance unless specified otherwise. Expired bonus balances and any winnings derived from them are automatically removed from the account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Attempting to stack multiple promotions simultaneously will result in all but the most recently claimed bonus being voided.
• pk71 reserves the right to cancel any bonus offer at any time where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the offer is being systematically exploited or abused.

All bonus winnings that exceed ৳50,000 in a single promotion period may be subject to an enhanced review before release to the withdrawable balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk71. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances held on the platform.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using automated bots or scripts to place bets; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or age-based restrictions; conducting any form of money laundering or processing of illicit funds through the platform; and providing false KYC documentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk71 platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, logos, text, imagery, audio clips, and video sequences — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk71 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit any content from pk71 without prior written consent.
• You may not frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the pk71 platform in a manner that misrepresents its origin or nature.
• Third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe retain all intellectual property rights over their respective gaming content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk71 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of wagered funds, or data loss — even if pk71 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed within the standard timeframe provided the account passed verification.
• Accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations will have all balances forfeited without recourse.
• Players may voluntarily close their account by contacting the pk71 support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days.

pk71 may also suspend an account pending investigation if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, without prior notice to the account holder.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the jurisdiction in which pk71 is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk71 platform shall first be submitted to pk71's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact [email protected] and allow up to 14 business days for a formal response before escalating the matter further.

pk71 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, players may seek recourse through appropriate independent channels available in their jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pk71 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email where required. Your continued use of the pk71 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use after a revision implies full and unconditional acceptance.
